This is Ralph Bellamy in promotion of "Navy Wife."
This was a mass produced item issued during the 1930's offered on a continuing basis by the Emo Movie Club and affiliated outlets. They are identified as ACC (American Card Catalog) item R95 (Movie Stars, 8 x 10 linen finish, several series), a Candy or Gum issue, though they were actually a mail-away promotion.
GRADING - CONDITION:
A set of staple marks at each corner; soiling near the top edge and by the top right corner. See scans.
