Vintage 6-1/2" X 8-1/2" Press Photo with press tag dated April 11, 1933 attached shows HELEN HAYES as she returns from Europe.

International News Photo stamp across back of photo (first scan shows entire image area; second scan shows image with press tag folded over as it will be shipped).

Press tag attached at bottom edge on reverse and folded over to the front of the photo. Vintage to 1933 as per 4-11-33 date on press tag.

Photo measures approximately 6.5" X 8.5".

CAPTION ON PRESS TAG READS: "Noted Stage and Screen Star Returns from Europe -- New York ... Helen Hayes, popular star both of the stage and of the screen, looks very chic in her blue suit and checkered hat as she arrives from Europe today (Tuesday) on the S.S. Paris. She spent a European holiday with her husband, Charles MacArthur, well know playwright."

CONDITION:
Very clean vintage photo has some light edge wear and a pair of very light diagonal bends near bottom left corner. Press tag is firmly attached on back and folded over to front. Paper press tag is heavily age toned as shown but otherwise clean. Back of photo has a couple of light areas of soiling, otherwise is clean.
